In Texas and the south, boiling and eating crawfish is a long standing family tradition. We eat crawfish at places besides the home, whether it be in restaurants, family reunions, football games, or at company gatherings.
And we celebrate the crawfish in another way: Festivals! These events encompass all the good things about life in Texas: food, fun, music and merriment!
Excellent Texas and Cajun food is a given at any festival. And as always, festivals offer abundant opportunities for meeting old friends, and making new ones.
Crawfish festivals happen all over Texas, from Pearland to Fredericksburg, from Austin to Kemah ... find one near you!
IMPORTANT NOTE Listed below are festivals and events normally scheduled most years. Emphasis is given to long-standing events and those with widespread appeal and popularity. Events are always subject to change. We recommended you contact the responsible event sponsor to confirm dates, times and other details. |
